Halloween Cruise in NYC
When you were a kid, Halloween was all about wearing scary costumes and collecting as much candy as possible. Now that you’re an adult, it’s time to crank up the fun by going on a Halloween party boat in NYC! By booking a private tour, up to six people can ride on the Tireless cruise. Have a larger group? You can also book the 16-passenger Reliance. Either way, you’re guaranteed to have a fantastic—or should we say fangtastic—time!
Even better, book your Halloween cruise in NYC to coincide with our Sunset Tour. This enables you to not only watch the sunset, but to also revel in NYC’s skyline as it comes to life. We’ll take your group on a two-hour cruise of the Hudson River, and you’ll get to watch the area be washed in the ‘Golden Hour.’
If you’re a photographer, this is a term you’re already familiar with. For others, it’s a magical time of the evening when everything seems to glow. This experience is one you’ll never forget. Even if you’ve lived in NYC your entire life, you’re certain to develop a new appreciation for The City That Never Sleeps.
These include:
Creating lasting memories
Building social bonds and connections
Boosting self-expression and self-confidence
Stress relief
Cultural appreciation and diversity
You’ll also have the choice of whether to dress up or not! Bring along a radio, and you and your friends can rock out to Halloween classics such as ‘Monster Mash’ and ‘Thriller’ by Michael Jackson. With room for only 6 or 16 passengers, you can also ensure you have the most exclusive Halloween party in NYC!
Bring Dinner or Snack Food
It’s not really a party unless you have some finger food, right? Fortunately, you’re welcome to bring snacks or a meal aboard our Halloween boat party in NYC. You’ll be out on the water for two hours, so it’s always a good idea to at least bring snacks to enjoy with your beer. Plus, you’ll all benefit from:
Reducing stress
Increased communication skills
Building meaningful bonds
Don’t Forget Your Drinks!
Speaking of our BYOB experience, you will be treated to complimentary bottles of water, cups, ice, and coolers. You can also use our small galley, which features a coffee machine, hot water heater, and a sink. The only thing you have to provide is your choice of alcoholic beverages and food! Experience the benefits of:
Social bonding
Improved well-being
Howl at the Moon
One of the best things about taking a sunset cruise on Halloween is that you should have time to see the moon begin to rise. This is the one night of the year when no one cares if you let loose with a howl to greet it! In fact, if you decide to do this with your friends, you’ll all experience additional benefits, including:
Release pent up tension and stress
Bond through the act of howling together
Sharing a memorable Halloween experience
It’ll also make a great story that you can tell for the rest of your lives. You might not have really become a werewolf, but you’ll get to feel like one for at least a few minutes.
Dressing Up for Halloween
Dressing up for Halloween can benefit adults and children. You might think that it’s simply a fun thing to do, but it also provides many lasting perks. Therefore, why not give in to your desire to become a completely different person for a night? You’ll derive multiple benefits such as:
Social and emotional benefits
Build language skills
Build your imagination
Even as an adult, each of the above perks can benefit you. For instance, if you wear a costume that makes you remain quiet, you’ll learn how to communicate better with others by relying on grandiose displays of body language. Also, it’s important for people of any age to work on furthering their imagination skills. Plus, having fun with your friends will allow you to build additional emotional and social skills. Therefore, let yourself unwind and have the best Halloween of your life onboard our Halloween booze cruise around New York City!
Sites You’ll See
Take our Halloween boat party and you’ll get so much more than just riding on a boat with your friends. We’ll make sure you also get to see the best sites located in the best city on earth! Here are some of the highlights.
Empire State Building – Ride past this massive skyscraper, which was known as the definitive symbol of NYC for several decades. It might not be the tallest building in the city anymore, but it’s still a must-see favorite!
The Statue of Liberty – Lady Liberty represents everything that’s good about the United States of America. Often referred to as the Gateway to America, she was a gift from the French in 1886.
Ellis Island – For decades, this was the first part of America that most immigrants saw. It provided a favorable impression of the U.S. that was impossible to wash away.
The Brooklyn Bridge – Most locals and tourists enjoy walking over the Brooklyn Bridge. You, however, will get to see it from a perspective that few others do as we cross beneath this venerable bridge. The architecture is amazing, so don’t forget your camera!
The Freedom Tower – The sleek and modern exterior of the Freedom Tower absolutely glistens in the setting sunlight. Plus, it serves as a memorial to the original World Trade Center Towers, which makes it something every American should see.
The United Nations Building – Sitting on the banks of the Hudson River is the United Nations Building. It is the global center for politics, and it represents the best of each nation.
The Chrysler Building – When the Chrysler Building was first made, it was the only man-made structure to rise above 1,000 feet. A lot has changed since then, but it still stands as a testament to humanity’s will. This building was the headquarters of the Chrysler Company from the 1930s to the 1950s.
As a special bonus, when you take our sunset Halloween boat cruise in NYC, you’ll be able to see each attraction in two different settings. First, you’ll enjoy them during the Golden Hour. Then, on the ride back, you’ll get to see how the city transforms as it lights up! This is a truly unique event that very few people will ever get to have. Your group can join one of the only two boat rides of its type to cruise the Hudson River on Halloween night!
Pick Your Own Departure Time
As long as you book an entire boat, you’ll even have the chance to pick your own departure time. This is something we’re able to offer to private rentals, and we encourage you to take advantage of it!
Another prime perk of taking a private Halloween boat ride in NYC is that you can feel free to bring your dog with you. We love welcoming pets on board, but it’s something we typically can’t do during a public tour.
Pricing
Our regular departure time is every evening at 6 p.m. Ask us about a different departure time if you will be renting the entire boat.

Tireless – Can accommodate up to six guests.
Reliance – Can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Both vessels have been certified by the United States Coast Guard, so you can rest assured that you’ll have a safe ride. Speaking of which, your captain has decades of experience and will happily answer any questions you might have about New York City during your boat ride.
Safety Comes First
Although it would be very sad to have to cancel your Halloween evening cruise, we won’t embark if the water is dangerous. Take heart from the fact that weather-related cancellations are extremely rare, however. The person who makes the final decision is our U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. The captain has thousands of hours at sea, and he’s got a completely clean record.
In addition to our captain, you’ll also be taken care of by our experienced deckhands. Any questions you may have or items you may need can easily be retrieved for you by our expert crew. They’re there to ensure you have the safest, smoothest Halloween boat cruise ever! So, you can have a blast with no worries!
